    Our patient is a petite, 32-year-old female who always desired larger breasts to balance her upper and lower body. The patient desired an elegant, natural appearance and required a fast and easy recovery. Preoperatively, the patient was a 32 A-cup and wished to be a small/moderate C-cup post operatively. Dr. Traci Temmen placed 339cc silicone implants under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary, endoscopic (i.e. through the armpit) approach.
