25-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation with 450cc Saline Implants Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 25-year-old female who had always been unhappy with the size of her breasts, particularly after the birth of her first child. Despite the relatively small size, the patient was pleased with her overall appearance and symmetry. Preoperatively, the patient was a 34 A-cup and wished to be a full C-cup postoperatively. Most of all, she wanted to look pretty, well-proportioned, and natural. Dr. Traci Temmen performed breast augmentation using 420cc saline implants filled to 450cc, placed under the pectoralis muscle, through a small, 3-cm incision placed in the armpit. Notice that this type of endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation can be performed with no scars on the breasts.
