33-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation with Lift Before and After Photos

After breast feeding two children, this 33-year-old patient desired larger, fuller, and firmer breasts. The patient was a 38-C cup prior to surgery and wished to be a 38-DD cup postoperatively. Additionally, the patient wished to improve the sagging, “flat” appearance of her breasts. This condition, known as tubular breast deformity, required that the patient undergo a breast lift, as well. To give this patient the natural, sexy, and youthful breasts of her dreams, Dr. Traci Temmen performed a breast augmentation using 492cc silicone moderate-plus implants placed under the pectoralis muscle and a circumareolar mastopexy (also known as a donut lift). Only six weeks after surgery, this patient’s breast lift scars are barely noticeable.
