  • Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 2

Your Results May Vary. This patient is a 38 year old woman who felt that her previous saline implants were not sitting properly. Dr. Traci Temmen corrected this by removing the implants and replacing them with size 350cc smooth, round silicone implants under the muscle to give the breasts more upper pole fullness and symmetry. The patient is now pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.

  • Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 3

Your Results May Vary. This patient is a 33 year old woman who felt that her previous 350cc saline implants were starting to look droopy. She also wanted to enhance her size from a 34D to 34DD, so Dr. Temmen corrected this by removing the implants and replacing them with size 550cc smooth, round silicone implants to give the breasts more upper pole fullness. The patient is now pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.

  • Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 4

Your Results May Vary. This woman is a 25 year old patient that felt her breast implants were too large. She came to Dr. Traci Temmen to get a revision done to remove her implants and perform a mastopexy. She went from being a size DD cup to a B cup size with a lollipop incision for the breast lift. Her outcome turned out very well and gave her a more natural looking appearance.

  • Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 5

Your Results May Vary. This 33- year old woman had previously undergone breast augmentation with 270cc silicone implants. A year later, her implants had not completely “dropped,” and she still desired slightly larger breasts. Dr. Traci Temmen performed a revision transaxillary, endoscopic (i.e. through the armpit) breast augmentation using 339cc implants. To achieve a more beautiful and natural result, medial and inferior capsulotomies were performed to better position the breast implants.

  • Breast Augmentation Revision Patient 6

Your Results May Vary. The patient is a 34-year-old female who had undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon 10 years earlier. She presented to the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa with complaint of sagging and loss of fullness of the breasts. To improve her appearance, she underwent exchange of breast implants with 500cc saline breast implants placed under the pectorals muscle and a vertical, or "lollipop," breast lift. ’
