48-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation with Lift Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 48-year-old female had always been happy with her breasts. However, after aging, weight gain and loss, and the birth of two children, her breasts were starting to droop and lose volume, upper pole fullness, and firmness. The patient wished to regain the full, sexy, and perky breasts of her youth. Preoperatively, the patient was a C-cup and wished to be a DD-cup postoperatively. Thus, the patient chose Dr. Traci Temmen to perform her breast augmentation and vertical breast lift at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa. Dr. Temmen placed 270cc silicone breast implants under the pectoralis muscle through the same incisions used for her vertical breast lift, also known as a lollipop lift. These photos were taken two years after surgery. Notice how the patient still has full, high, voluminous breasts with well-healed breast lift scars.
