34-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation with Lift from 350cc Saline to 425cc Silicone Implants Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 34-year-old mother of four had had a previous breast augmentation ten years earlier. However, after the birth of four children, the patient was unhappy with the sagging, deflated appearance of breasts. The patient presented to Dr. Temmen requesting higher, fuller, and firmer breasts as well as an exchange of her breast implants. After an in-depth consultation, Dr. Traci Temmen performed an exchange of breast implants as well as a vertical mastopexy, also known as a lollipop breast lift. Previously, the patient had 350cc saline implants; Dr. Temmen replaced her implants with 425cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her results. She had a smooth recovery and was able to return to work in less than one week. These postoperative photos are taken just six weeks after surgery - her breast lift scars will continue to heal and become barely noticeable after one year.
