24-Year-Old Female: Labiaplasty Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 24-year-old female who came to see Dr. Traci Temmen, a board-certified plastic surgeon at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa, and expressed interest in labiaplasty surgery. During a discrete consultation, the patient described how she was self-conscious of her elongated labia minora. Because of her large labia, the patient experienced pain and discomfort while exercising, difficulty wearing tight clothing, and embarrassment because of her condition. To improve her appearance and self-esteem, Dr. Temmen performed a 45 minute labiaplasty surgery under local anesthesia. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her new appearance and was able to exercise and wear tight clothing without hesitation.
