    Our patient is a 40-year-old female who came with complaint of small breasts. Previously, the patient was a B cup and wanted to be a D cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing a breast augmentation using Extra High Profile silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a inframammary with implants ranging in size from 450 CC. Notice how the asymmetry of her breast was highly corrected without altering the natural anatomy of her breasts.
