Our patient is a 41-year-old female with complaint of excess lower abdominal skin as well as localized, diet and exercise resistant fatty deposits of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, and back. After her initial Brazilian Butt Lift, this patient was still unhappy with her results. Dr. Temmen performed a revision BBL surgery with total fat removed of 2500cc of supernatant fat and 1800cc of fat transferred to each buttock to improve their roundness.
