    Our patient is a 34-year-old female with complaint of exchanging her silicone implants. The patient had 380cc silicone implants placed through the inframammary approach in 2013. The patient was a D cup and wanted like to be a DD cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation with exchange of implants using ultra high profile 650cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a inframammary approach.
