    Our patient is a 23-year-old female who is unhappy with size, rippling, and sagging appearance of her breasts. Previously, the patient was a 34 DD with 550cc silicone implants placed through the fold, under the muscle in July 2016. After multiple consultations, the patient decided she was ready to remove implants and get a lift. Therefore, Dr. Temmen performed the removal of the implants with mastopexy. The patient is very happy with her post-surgical results.
