“This lovely patient is a 47 year old female who underwent a silicone breast augmentation and lift appointment. She was unhappy with her saggy, deflated breasts. She had gone up and down in weight several times in her life and although she has been at a steady weight now after finding a passion for working out, there was no exercise that was going to make her breasts perkier and bigger. She wanted a very artificial and augmented look with 450cc high profile silicone implants. She was a deflated B cup and wanted to be a perky, full D/DD. Dr. Temmen was able to do this beautifully.
