52-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation Revision Before and After Photos

This 52-year-old woman was unhappy with her 375cc saline breast implants that were placed in 1997. She came to Dr. Traci Temmen seeking a breast implant exchange with a slight increase in size and more upper pole fullness. She also wanted an areola reduction. Dr. Temmen replaced her old implants with 550cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. Additionally, a circumareolar incision was performed to reduce the size of her areolas.
