51-year-old female: Mommy Makeover Before and After Photos

Our 51-year-old patient came to Dr. Traci Temmen in Tampa, FL after considering surgery for over 10 years to address multiple concerns, including large, sagging breasts, loose abdominal skin, and a lack of curves in her hips. Her breast implants were 20 years old and she desired a smaller, lifted appearance, transitioning from an E/F cup to a D/DD cup. To achieve her goals, we performed a breast implant exchange with a lift using saline 350cc implants. Additionally, we completed a lipoabdominoplasty to tighten her abdominal muscles, remove excess skin, and reposition her belly button. Liposuction of the trunk was also performed for enhanced contouring, and fat transfer was used to add volume and shape to her hips and lateral buttocks. The patient is thrilled with her natural-looking, beautifully balanced results and is delighted to have achieved the transformation she envisioned.
