Description: This 51-year-old woman, who had been unhappy with excess abdominal skin and abdominal fat since having children, decided to undergo lipoabdominoplasty with Dr. Traci Temmen. After considering this surgery for several years, she had liposuction of the trunk, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, and the creation and repositioning of a neoumbilicus.
