Description: Our patient is a 22-year-old female with congenital asymmetry of the breasts suggestive of tuberous breast deformity. To best correct her breast asymmetry, the patient underwent bilateral breast augmentation with approximately 300cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle and a vertical, or “lollipop”, breast lift. Note the near perfect symmetry after surgery and body-appropriate increase in size and fullness. Height: 5'4 Weight: 160
