Description: Our patient is a 64-year-old female who came with complaint of small, sagging breasts. She had a previous breast augmentation in 1997, making her a C-cup, however, she now wanted to be a perkier, more symmetric, D-cup. Dr. Temmen removed her old implants and placed Mentor, smooth, round 450cc implants under the pectoral muscle and performed a vertical lift through a lollipop incision.
