Description: Our patient is a 20-year-old patient was unhappy with her small, drooping, and uneven breasts. The patient had a condition known as tubular breast deformity, causing her breasts to sag, appear elongated, and be asymmetric. After a long consultation with Dr. Traci Temmen at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa, the patient understood that to correct her tubular breast deformity and asymmetry, she would need to undergo a breast augmentation with breast lift surgery. The patient underwent breast augmentation using 420 cc saline implants placed under the muscle through a periareolar incision. Her breast lift was also performed through an incision around the nipple. This type of lift is known as a donut lift or circumareolar breast lift and avoids excess scars on the breasts.
