Description: Our patient is a 63-year-old female who was unhappy with her large, droopy breasts following a breast augmentation 27 years ago. To meet the patient's goals, Dr. Temmen performed an exchange of implants using 400cc silicone implants placed under the pectoral muscle and a vertical breast lift. The patient is left with a barely noticeable "lollipop" scar.
