Description: Our patient is a 26-year-old female who was unhappy with the size and sagging of her breasts and large, widened, nipples after a 50-lb weight loss. She saw Dr. Traci Temmen for a breast augmentation consultation and was recommended breast augmentation with silicone breast implants and a breast lift. The patient then underwent breast augmentation using 375cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle and a circumareolar or 'donut' lift. Her breast lift scar is barely visible and located only around the nipple areolar complex and resulted in a lifted breast and smaller nipple areolar complex. Height: 5'5 Weight: 145
