Description: Our patient is a 29-year-old female who came with complaint of small breasts. Previously, the patient was a B cup and wanted to be a C cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing a breast augmentation using smooth, round Mentor silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via transaxillary endoscopic approach using Mentor 450cc smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants.
