Description: Our patient is a 23-year-old female who was previously a A-cup and wanted to be a C-cup. Dr. Temmen performed a breast augmentation using silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary endoscopic approach with implants ranging in size from 300 cc.
