Description: Our patient is a 24-year-old female who came with complaint of small and irregular breasts. Previously, the patient was a B-cup and wanted to be a full C small D cup. Dr. Temmen performed breast augmentation using silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary endoscopic approach with Mentor 475cc smooth, round silicone implants.
