Description: This is a 36 year old female who came to Dr. Traci Temmen for a natural breast augmentation. She already had implants placed by another surgeon and really wanted the appearance of more cleavage, adding fat to the medial aspect of the breasts. Dr. Temmen was able to do this with liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. In her case, there was a total of 250 ml of fat was injected into the medial (inner) aspect of each breast. 5'4' 135lbs
