Our patient is a 25-year-old female mother of one child who considered the silicone breast augmentation surgery for approximately 13 years!
After her consultation with Dr. Temmen, she felt identified and confident to finally proceed with surgery. Dr Temmen performed silicone breast augmentation using Mentor silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary endoscopic approach with implants 250-300 CC size range.
Previously, she was a A-cup and now she is about a C-cup.
