    Our patient is a 27-year-old female who came with complaint of small breasts. Previously, the patient was a A cup and wanted to be a small C cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation using silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a inframammary approach with implants ranging in size from 250cc. The patient is happy with her post-surgical results.
