    This is a 33-year-old mother of 5 who came to Dr. Temmen for a breast augmentation. After childbearing and breastfeeding she didn't feel like her breasts were as large as they used to be. She was a B cup and wanted to be a full C/small D. Dr. Temmen performed a silicone breast augmentation using 300cc implants, placed under the muscle, through a hidden incision in the under fold of the breast.
