35-year-old female: Mommy Makeover Before and After Photos

This is a 35 year old mother of multiple children. She came to Dr. Temmen in hopes to enhance the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She specifically was unhappy with her loose abdominal skin and felt her previous breast implants were too small and her breasts were too saggy after children. Her first breast augmentation was done in 2006 with 240cc saline implants. Dr. Temmen performed a mini tummy tuck with breast implant exchange and breast lift. The patient elected for a mini tummy tuck rather than a full tummy tuck for a more natural looking abdominal wall and to avoid scarring around belly button. Mini tummy tuck is a great option for individuals that want to avoid belly button scarring and avoid the surgical stigma of a full tummy tuck, with more natural looking results. For the breasts, the patient was a saggy B/C cup and wanted to be a D/DD. Dr. Temmen was able to achieve this with 450cc silicone implants and a breast lift. She is very happy with her results.
