41-year-old female: Mommy Makeover Before and After Photos

This is a 41 year old patient who came to Dr. Temmen for a mommy makeover after having 2 children. She was left with loose abdominal skin and separation of her abdominal wall muscles as well as small breasts. She wanted more volume in her breasts without using an implant. She wanted a subtle, natural increase in volume, so she elected for natural breast augmentation with fat transfer to the breasts. To treat her abdomen, Dr. Temmen performed a tummy tuck, or lipoabdominoplasty surgery, with liposuction of the trunk, removal of excess lower abdominal skin, repair of the rectus muscles, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus.
