    "The patient is a 42 year old mother of 2 who underwent a tummy tuck (lipoabdominoplasty) in Tampa, FL with Dr. Traci Temmen. The patient was unhappy with her excess abdominal skin, abdominal bulging, diastasis, umbilical hernia and lipodystrophy of the abdomen. The patient desired a rejuvinated body after chilbearing. After consult with Dr. Temmen, she elected to proceed with lipoabdominoplasty surgery with liposuction of the trunk, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, umbilical hernia repair, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus.
