The patient is a 44yo who came to Dr. Temmen for a silicone breast augmentation. The patient was unhappy with her small breasts after childbearing. She was an A cup and wanted to be a D cup. She felt her breasts were deflated and wanted an implant for a fuller, more youthful look.
