    This is a 46 year old year female who came to Dr. Temmen for a natural breast augmentation done by liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. She was unhappy with her small breasts but wanted a more natural approach to breast augmentation without the use of implants. She wanted a modest increase in breast size and obtained about 1 cup size increase with 200mL of fat injected in to each breast. She is ecstatic with her results.
