    Description: This lovely 66-year-old female came to Dr. Temmen for breast implant removal, breast lift, liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. Her initial implants placed in 1986, replaced in 1996, and replaced again in 2011. She was a DD, an wanted to be a B/C cup. She wanted a more natural look but didnt want to be saggy so she opted for implant removal, breast lift and fat transfer to increase her breast size subtly and naturally without implants.
