    The patient is a 53 year old female who underwent breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Temmen. She was unhappy with her small, deflated and saggy breasts after having children. She was a deflated B cup and wanted to be a full C / small D. Dr. Temmen was able to achieve this with 300cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her incision is hidden nicely in the crease beneath the breast. Dr. Temmen was able to lift the breasts with a circumareolar lift technique leaving the lift very discrete with minimal incisions/scars.
