35-Year-Old Female: Breast Augmentation with Lift Before and After Photos

The patient is 35-year-old female who was unhappy with the size, deflation, and sagging of her breasts after the birth of five children. She presented to Dr. Temmen, a female board certified plastic surgeon at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa, for a breast augmentation consultation and was recommended silicone breast implants to increase the size of her breasts as well as a breast lift. She did not want many scars on her breasts, thus her breast augmentation with lift was performed using 300cc silicone breast implants placed under the pectoralis muscle and a “crescent” lift. This resulted in a breast lift scar located only around the superior aspect of the nipple-areolar complex. ’
