    Our patient is a 23-year-old female who came to the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa desiring a breast augmentation with breast implants. Before breast augmentation she was a 34B and wished to be a 34D. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 480cc saline breast implants placed under the pectoralis muscle through an axillary (i.e. armpit) incision. Dr. Traci Temmen is a female board certified plastic surgeon at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa.
