    Our patient is a 28-year-old female who was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts after pregnancy and delivery. Specifically, the patient wished to hape larger, firmer, breasts with an increased in superior fullness. The patient was a 34A and wished to be a 34C. At the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa she underwent breast augmentation with 350cc silicone breast implants placed under the pectoralis muscle through an axillary, or armpit, incision. She is now very happy with the size, firmness, and sexy shape of her breasts.
