    Our patient is a 24-year-old female who was generally happy with her body but desired fuller, larger breasts to give her a sexier, more feminine shape. Prior to surgery, the patient was an A-cup or small B-cup and wished to be a full C-cup small D after surgery. After a detailed breast augmentation consultation at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa with Dr. Traci Temmen, the patient underwent breast augmentation using a transaxillary, endoscopic technique. Requiring no scars on her breast, her 320 cc silicone breast implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle through an armpit scar. This type of breast augmentation gave her the full, round, sexy breasts she had been dreaming of.
