    Our patient is a 34-year old female who was dissatisfied with her flat, “masculine” looking chest. Because the patient is very thin, she wanted a very natural looking result following her breast augmentation. Preoperatively, the patient was a small A-cup and wanted to be a full B- or small C-cup after surgery. After meeting with Dr. Traci Temmen, the patient underwent breast augmentation with 350cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle through an incision in the armpit. Dr. Temmen has much experience using the axillary endoscopic approach (i.e. armpit incision) for placement of breast implants; this technique avoids scars on the breasts and allows for exact placement of the implants and a long-lasting result.
