    Our patient is a 33-year-old female had previously undergone breast augmentation with 270cc silicone implants. A year later, her implants had not completely “dropped,” and she still desired slightly larger breasts. Dr. Traci Temmen performed a revision transaxillary, endoscopic (i.e. through the armpit) breast augmentation using 339cc implants. To achieve a more beautiful and natural result, medial and inferior capsulotomies were performed to better position the breast implants.
