    Our patient is a 32-year-old female who was unhappy with her deflated and flat breasts after a 50-pound weight loss. Prior to surgery, the patient was a full B-cup or deflated C-cup with a loose skin envelope. After surgery, the patient wanted to be a full, rounded D-cup. To give her a full, natural result, Dr. Traci Temmen performed breast augmentation using 421 cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle through an armpit incision. Postoperatively the patient was thrilled with her breasts and was happy to have avoided any scars on her breasts during her breast augmentation surgery.
