    Our patient is a 30-year-old female with complaint of exchanging her silicone implants. The patient have had two silicone breast augmentation with 250cc and 325cc silicone implants respectively. The patient was a C cup and wanted like to be a full D cup for her third breast surgery. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation with exchange of implants using "Extra High Profile" 550cc implants by Mentor placed under the pectoralis muscle via a inframammary approach. The "Extra" implants are new technology over-filled silicone implants that give increased projection and less rippling.
