    Our patient is a 39-year-old female with complaint of exchanging her saline implants. The patient had approximately 300cc saline implants placed through the areola in 2004. The patient was a B/C cup and wanted like to remain B/C cup with a minimal enlargement. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing breast augmentation with exchange of implants using extra high profile 350cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a inframammary approach. The patient is very excited with her post-surgical results.
