    Our patient is a 54-year-old female with complaint of excess lower abdominal skin as well as localized, diet and exercise resistant fatty deposits of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, and back. This patient had an initial Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) in 2017 but was still unhappy with some asymmetry and was looking for a smaller waist, fuller hips, and better symmetry. Dr. Traci Temmen performed a revision BBL with total fat removal of 1000cc of supernatant fat and 500cc of fat transferred to each hip and buttock.
