    Our patient is a 26-year-old female who came with complaint of small breasts. Previously, the patient was a A cup and wanted to be a C cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing a breast augmentation using smooth, round Mentor silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via transaxillary endoscopic approach using Mentor 375CC smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants. Notice the absence of scars on the breast due to the approach used by Dr. Temmen.
