51-Year-Old Female: Fat Transfer to Breast Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 51-year-old female who has a several year complaint of loss of fullness of the superior pole of the breasts, sagging of the breasts, and complaint of small breasts. The patient also complained of lipodystrophy of the trunk. Previously, the patient was a 34B-cup and wanted to be a full B-cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing lipoabdominoplasty surgery with liposuction of the trunk with fat transfer to her breast, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus. The total supernatant fat removed was 1000cc and a total of 420cc of fat were transferred to each breast.
