17-Year-Old Female: Otoplasty Before and After Photos

Our patient is a 17-year-old model who was unhappy with the way her ears “stuck out” since she was a child. She saw Dr. Traci Temmen and requested ear pinning or otoplasty ear surgery to decrease the amount her ears stuck out and to give her a more feminine and refined appearance. She underwent ear pinning, or otoplasty surgery, at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa under local anesthesia with IV sedation. Postoperatively she has a very natural and elegant appearance of the ears with no residual ear prominence.’
