Since the patient showed desire for the butt implant surgery, Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing it as well as liposuction of the flanks and illiac rolls with 400cc total supernatant fat removed and 200cc fat transferred to the gluteal region. The patient is happy with her post-surgical results.

Our patient is a 27-year-old woman desired a fuller butt with increased projection, but being only 5'3", 100 lbs. she did not have enough fat to perform a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift.
