53-year-old female: Mommy Makeover
This is a 53 year old mother who was sick and tired of her small, saggy, deflated breasts, loose abdominal skin and abdominal bulging. She decided it was time to put herself first and get a mommy makover. She underwent a breast augmentation and lift, transforming her B cups into the full and perky C/D cups she always dreamed of. 60-year-old female: Mommy Makeover

She was left with loose abdominal skin and separation of her abdominal wall muscles as well as small breasts. She wanted more volume in her breasts without using an implant. She wanted a subtle, natural increase in volume, so she elected for natural breast augmentation with fat transfer to the breasts. This is a 35 year old mother of multiple children. She came to Dr. Temmen in hopes to enhance the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She specifically was unhappy with her loose abdominal skin and felt her previous breast implants were too small and her breasts were too saggy after children. Her first breast augmentation was done in 2006 with 240cc saline implants. Dr. Temmen performed a mini tummy tuck with breast implant exchange and breast lift. The patient elected for a mini tummy tuck rather than a full tummy tuck for a more natural looking abdominal wall and to avoid scarring around belly button. Mini tummy tuck is a great option for individuals that want to avoid belly button scarring and avoid the surgical stigma of a full tummy tuck, with more natural looking results. For the breasts, the patient was a saggy B/C cup and wanted to be a D/DD. Dr. Temmen was able to achieve this with 450cc silicone implants and a breast lift. She is very happy with her results.

Our patient is a 33-year-old mother of two was finally ready to “do something for herself” when she decided to undergo a mommy makeover at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa. The patient was most bothered by her small, sagging breasts and bulging abdomen. After consulting with Dr. Traci Temmen, the patient decided to undergo a mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation with silicone implants, breast lift, and a tummy tuck with liposuction. During the breast lift portion of the operation, the patient had moderate plus profile silicone breast implants placed under the pectoralis muscle. During the tummy tuck portion of the operation, the patient also had liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and back to sculpt a trim, sultry physique. Our patient is a 41-year-old female with complaint of dissatisfaction with her small breasts, bilateral breast ptosis, loss of superior pole fullness, excess abdominal skin, lipodystrophy of the trunk, and diasthesis of the rectus muscles. Dr. Temmen performed a bilateral breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy using Mentor 450cc smooth, round saline implants, lipoabdominoplasty with1000 mL of supernatant fat extracted, and plication of the rectus muscles.
