36-Year-Old Female: Fat Transfer to Breast
This is a 36 year old female who came to Dr. Traci Temmen for a natural breast augmentation. She already had implants placed by another surgeon and really wanted the appearance of more cleavage, adding fat to the medial aspect of the breasts.
Dr. Temmen was able to do this with liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts. In her case, there was a total of 250 ml of fat was injected into the medial (inner) aspect of each breast.

Our patient is a 51-year-old female who has a several year complaint of loss of fullness of the superior pole of the breasts, sagging of the breasts, and complaint of small breasts. The patient also complained of lipodystrophy of the trunk. Previously, the patient was a 34B-cup and wanted to be a full B-cup. Dr. Temmen proceeded by performing lipoabdominoplasty surgery with liposuction of the trunk with fat transfer to her breast, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus. The total supernatant fat removed was 1000cc and a total of 420cc of fat were transferred to each breast.

Our patient is a 38-year-old female had always wanted larger, fuller breasts, but did not want to undergo a traditional breast augmentation with breast implants. Incidentally, the patient also wanted liposuction of her thighs and abdomen to give her a more curvy waistline and trim lower body. Dr. Traci Temmen was able to make this patient’s dreams come true! After performing liposuction of the abdomen and thighs at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa, Dr. Temmen then injected 350cc of fat into each breast, increasing this patient’s breast size from a B-cup to a C-cup, postoperatively.
